Retailer Guide Over-the-Air Digital TV Broadcasts

Bureau Telecommunications and Post St. Maarten made a retailer guide which is designed to help retailers and store personnel prepare for the transition from over-the-air (OTA) analog TV broadcasts to OTA digital TV broadcasts.
