File a complaint
When experiencing difficulties with your provider or when having service or availability issues, your first action is to raise your complaint with your service provider. Your service Provider have to investigate your complain and try to resolve it within a reasonable period of time. The service provider have to communicate the final result to you.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may refer your complain to Bureau Telecommunications and Post St. Maarten. Major issues or complaints that are collectively being experienced will be investigated at once and addressed to the Service Providers.

We accept anonymous or "whistleblower" complaints. To enable us to consider your complaint, you will need to provide us with sufficient information. We will not normally investigate an anonymous complaint unless the complaint raises a serious matter and there is sufficient information in the complaint to enable us to conduct an investigation.
